Well, I think it's a pretty decent comic. The coloring is nice, you've got the shading and the brush strokes pretty well down. I like how you depicted the sky, it looks like a cloudy late-afternoon kind of sky. Some nice long shadows on the ground would complete the illusion of the early evening.

I can't help but point out that your trees look a little off. Next time try drawing them with narrower trunks; I usually draw them to be as slender as a pencil. Alternatively, if you want to just 'fake' a forest in the background, draw a whole bunch of conical green scribbles and add in trunks at random. I use that technique all the time since I'm way too lazy to labor on backgrounds.

It does look like you spent a lot of time on this one comic, though. A comic like this would take me most of an afternoon to finish, so I'm sure you labored on this for quite a while yourself. Keep up the good work!
